By submitting the Image to Power Services Group, I confirm that:

I am the legal owner of the Image or have obtained the necessary rights and permissions from the owner(s) of the Image to grant this consent.
I understand that the Image may be shared on Power Services Group’s official social media accounts and other marketing materials, including but not limited to websites, brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
I grant Power Services Group a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, and modify the Image for marketing purposes.
I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation, monetary or otherwise, for the use of the Image.
I release Power Services Group, its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising out of the use of the Image.
I understand that Power Services Group may choose to use or not use the Image at its discretion and may remove the Image from its marketing materials at any time.

This consent is valid indefinitely unless revoked by me in writing. I may revoke this consent by sending a written notice to Power Services Group at 125 SW 3rd Place, Suite 300, Cape Coral, FL 33991.
