In utilizing our core Project Management Team philosophy, we attempt to maintain consistency among personnel on each crew.  We do our best to keep the Project Manager/Technical Field Advisor together with the Project Coordinator and Supervisors that they are familiar with, as well as the Supervisors maintaining their core group of qualified Turbine Mechanics.  This consistency of personnel ensures a better understanding of safety expectations among team members and allows our project management team to know the strengths and weaknesses of each team member. This consistent approach allows the Project Manager/Supervisors to place outage team members in a position to succeed with each task they are assigned.   This extra attention to detail is what we attribute our excellent quality and safety records (0.0 TRIR) to.
